Smile-File
A fun folder of things that cheer you up, for a rainy day!
Instructions:
Spend at least half an hour collecting things that make you smile, laugh and generally boost your mood! It could be anything you like, memes, pictures of puppies, songs, anything you could imagine! Save this folder on your work computer or your cell phone for easy access. Whenever you feel stressed, pressured or having a bad day, spend a few minutes browsing your mood booster folder!
Advice:
You will need to spend a bit more time the first time you create your Smile Folder, but after that initial step, whenever you stumble upon something that makes you smile or laugh, add it to the folder to keep updating it! The folder doesn't need to contain mixed media: you can create a playlist of uplifting music in YouTube, Spotify etc, a folder of images on your desktop or in Pinterest, etc. You could even do a physical folder if you'd like!
