Instructions:
- Print the board provided! If you are feeling a bit more creative, use the empty template to create your own board. If you cannot print the board, feel free to create your own in pen and paper!
- Read the self-care acts you can do within the day!
- Every time you complete an action on the board, mark off the square!
- Once you complete a line straight or diagonally, you win!
- Award yourself with something that you like!
Advice:
Duration is one day, or as much as needed.
Don’t stress over completing the bingo! Adjust the time to complete a line to your own rhythm and needs!
