Instructions:

Let us reflect on the past day! Try to answer the following questions either in your mind or on paper! If you opt for paper, you can use a plain notebook or a journaling template, and you can either write your answers or draw/paint them!

  • What colour and shape better describes the past day for you?
  • What was the biggest challenge of the day?
  • What was the biggest victory of the day?
  • What have you learned today?
  • How did this day help you evolve?

Advice:
